SLSU, my home.

its has been a year when i got my college diploma but the memories i had during college was still as fresh as ever. its like it was only yesterday when i entered the paradise that has been my home for the rest of my college years.. im talking about Southern Luzon State University.. the place where my talent has been honed.. the place where i met my guy bestfriend.. the place where i met the best classmates i ever had.. the place where i met a group of people who also have the ability to express themselves through writing -my KF fam.. the place where i met my one true love (my old love per se.).. the place where i found a real family.

i was out with my best guy friend, Alvin, last night. definitely we missed each other. its been quite sometime since the last time we saw each other.. yeah.. we became busy with our personal life and of course, with our work. we had fun last night. it was so much of a "reminiscing the past" thing that we did. i missed the days when we used to hang out in our publication office.. situated on the left side of the university gym. it was a small office but the friendship that this office had witnessed between us was so huge. yeah.. i miss my friends..

kuya william, my eic turned big bro. the person who always makes me smile whenever he told me that he always loved how i prepared his coffee. one of the few people who has the right to scold me if i did something wrong.

Alvin, my best guy friend in KF. the only guy who doesnt hesitate to ask for directions if we're lost. the guy who i always talked with about my fam..my lovelife and everything and anything under the sun. the only guy i had a one-on-one drink with.. the person i spent my 20th bday with. ahahha.. what else? the guy who will always be my idol. his poems are the greatest. the guy who's smile is so precious.

Cess, my twin kf. the mushy girl who always send us notes on every event of lives. i miss her mushyness. i miss her and how her little finger arc when she's writing, drinking coffee or holding something.

Janlo, my artistic classmate. the only guy i salute for his artistry.his ideas are so precious. his "pang-aasar" are tolerable. i miss the days when we used to have drinking sessions. this guy is a "coño" when drunk. hahaha..

Kuya Essex, the guy who has a very deep personality. his ideas are unique.his thoughts are very superb. his being prank and the way he sees lifeis unforgettable. i miss my kuya.. my classmate.. my friend.

Lourdes, the modern version of MAria Clara. i miss her poems.. her words that was dug at the back of the church of Samplaoc. her very "mahinhin" image will always be in my memories. her "pagalit" way of talking is really humurous.

Ate SHayne, my ate in KF.. i never thought that we're going to be close.. she's like an epitome of a good sister and a good bestfriend. i like her simplicity and her very deep appreciation of life. i miss the days when we used to talked about harry potter and the newest books.. ahehehe...not to mention our "havaianas thing"

April, the epitome of a good friend. one of the few people that i get along well on her batch. maybe because we're batchmates.. we have the same wavelength and she's jep's classmate. weeeh.. talking about jep.. its a very very very long story. i miss her in every way.she'sone of my true friends in college.

.. these are the people that i attended the commencement exercise with.. kumbaga eh until the end.. until the sun sets.

of course, there are still alot of people close to my heart who has been left in our heaven. there's elayne, teza, rheinaand trish who just graduated.. now belong toKF alumni. there's yoben, rean, augie, oan, mara, chubby and the rest of the staffs..i miss them badly. times maybe tough but being with them.. everything will always be smooth sailing.

..a while ago, i had read a blog of a newbie.. one of the chosen ones who will continue to soar high and will continue to uplift the image of the KINGFISHER that we left.. the best publication in region 4A.. and will soon be the best luzonwide. i wastouched by how she describe us-the alumni.. she make kwento every detail of our sort of a reunion way back august.. that was their ICAC days.. wow.. i was amazed that we did left an impact to other students. that even though we had graduated, our names willcontinue to be remembered by the people and the students who read and will read our work and masterpieces. yun lang masayang masaya na kami.. everything was worth it. our eagerness to soar high during our early years was now paid off. at least, before we graduated,we obtained the top. now all they have to do is to maintain what we have achieved. and we know that they can do it..
